How to use : It is the first Fruity Crayon of the collection ! The balsamic taste gives just enough acidity to go with salads, duck and withe meats. The red fruit taste with Raspberry gives the sweet flavour to be a perfect match with cheese but also chocolate cake and desserts. Delicious on beets or green salads, duck, beef carpaccio, cheese, chocolate desserts and cocktails or mocktails. Ingredients : Apple cider vinegar, water, balsamic vinegar, raspberry paste, salt, Agar-agar, gluten free tamari, natural raspberry flavour, locust bean gum. Contains: Soya How it works : Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve. How many shavings : 5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink. Shelf life and preservation : Food Crayon lasts up to 12 months.
